   I’m diabetic and i need to take my meds every month from there. The communication has always been tough with service staff for me but since an Iranian guy - Arshia - joined them, it’s now really easy to understand and communicate with him as an Iranian. He goes beyond and above for all the customers.

   This pharmacy is an absolute joke, pharmacists are mostly rude and obnoxious and act like they are above providing any level of customer service or communicating with the general public. Service staff aren't very helpful either and struggle to understand much of what is said to them, and vice versa. Rude, Obnoxious and quite hostile.

   Absolutely despise this pharmacy, been going here for years now and since the pharmacist counter staff has been switched and new people became hired I hate this place. Have been trying to phone now 45 times in 2 hours and counting as there has been a lost prescription. However when you go round they ask “have you phoned?” Not to mention incredibly disrespectful to all their customers and don’t seem to care about a thing they are doing.

   I have been going to this chemist for years and have nothing but positive experiences . All staff members are great and have your best interest at heart. Very helpful and caring, even when under pressure. I appreciate always appreciate how hard they work and how good they are as a team.The senior pharmacist is excellent and always giving good advice and doing his best for everyone.

   Pharmacy staff (pharmacists in particular) seem to be under an enormous amount of pressure as engagements with them are frequently unnecessarily challenging. Items have been occasionally missing, wrong dosage issued and a friendly and caring service service has become a second thought.

   I think the pharmacy here is really excellent. The staff are clearly always under so much pressure, it's always very busy and I can only imagine how stressful it must be to work here. Texting me when my prescription is ready is a fantastic idea and a huge help to me, whoever came up with that idea needs a medal! Thank you MediCare Forestside.

   Wee boy at the counter should become more informed on what NHS minor ailments are. I asked for a remedy under the scheme and I may as well have been asking for a ticket to Mars in Klingon. Ended up paying for the remedy just because I couldn’t be bothered, but not nice attitude considering the tax payer has already paid for the minor ailments through their contributions.

   This goes to the pharmacy counter staff only. I do not appreciate whoever it was on the phone for failing to find my prescription, then miraculously appearing, then twisting it to imply it was my fault. I also do not appreciate the staff that turned his face away when I approached him indicating he was free then decided he doesn't want to deal with me. Finally the last straw was a breach of confidentiality asking my name, address, medication from a 2 metre away to every waiting customer when she failed to find my prescription yet it was there all along..... AGAIN! No apologies whatsoever. Their customer service seriously needs to be addressed by management. I will be going elsewhere as pretentiousness in here stinks.

   Even before covid-19 struck this pharmacy had a serious problem with the staff's attitude. After the unhelpfulness, rudeness and complete comtempt shown towards me by staff in the last 2 occassions I will never use this pharmacy again! I will go out of my way to use any other! If you want to be treated like you are invisible, be patronised or spoken to like a child then this is the pharmacy for you!
