Staff so rude and not reassuring in anyway, older man took us for a consultation spoke to us like we were children and acted like we stupid and stretched out what should have been a 10 minute consultation to almost 35 minutes. Very rude and not keen to offer advice.
I would give minus stars if it was an option but I had a terrible experience with one of the staff here. My partner and I were waiting for our perscription looking at candles and a short old woman with a short Bob hair cut and lazy eyes (putting this description as I didn’t get a name) came out from behind the desk area and pushed me out of the way as she very rudely told us to “wait over there for prescription not here” and in shock we listened and she began moving the candles and giving us a look as If we’d done something wrong by having a look at them and as though we’d put them back wrong (which wasn’t the case) we then realised everyone else was doing the same all over the shop as it was fairly busy and they were also waiting for their prescription in random places that were not in this area she told us to wait. The fact the shop was so busy and she came from behind the till to do this tells me she was going out of her way to be rude and problematic. I wish I’d said something now but in the moment of shock it’s very hard to respond and say something to let her know this is absolutely appalling customer service. I’ve never experienced anything in my life and I began to wonder if this was some sort of prejudice as we had English accents. Hopefully the correct person will one day give this foul boorish individual a basic lesson in grace and decorum.

Was refused lateral flow tests as someone I was with got a box for her family. I was told there were 7 in a box (which my friend was using for immediate family for Christmas). Trying to keep yourself safe and get treated with shocking service and refusal. Absolute joke.
Closest pharmacy to me. Plenty of other products like makeup perfume, great deals on shampoos , conditioners and shower and bath products. Well laid out large chemist, friendly and helpful staff
