Poor service and it seems staff ain’t got a clue what each other are doing and there hygiene is laughable Hugely gone down hill and will not be returning
Absolutely appalling service swearing and shouting at each other not a care in the world that customers are in the store. Large kebab meat and chips yet there was about 6 pieces of meat and a ridiculous small amount of chips and yet couldn't care about how we was spoke to when asking for a large. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE WAS CHARGED.
Just had fish n chips for my lunch and they’re the best fish n chips I’ve had in ages. I just had to leave a great review . Keep up the good work .

Glad I found this little gem of a chip shop. The late opening times have really helped me out after a couple of late nights at work. The prices are really good and the portion sizes are generous. The good is a consistently good standard and I've been happy every time I've been. Parking right outside and fast service. They also take cards which have been a life saver.
Waited an hour and a half for delivery. Had to phone to find out where my order was. Food was cold. This is the fourth deli be ery we had and everyone has been cold, even the curry sauce. Would not recommend delivery service
Embarrassment! shop workers very rude no manners. swearing front of customer all staff typically scum from Broxtowe and strelley !!! Shop should close down! I’m complaining to the council and trading standards.
Waited an hour and a half. Phoned them up to ask where our order was and was told it had just left the shop. The food was cold. The curry sauce had been watered down. Very disappointed .
Can’t explain the shambles this is the second time we’ve ordered from here and the food has been ridiculously late and not even a sorry. Ordered at 530 didn’t arrive till 830 after ringing to see where the food was, not only that my kids nuggets where missing and when asked to send out another hour passed and I’m done waiting… disgraceful. Rude staff on the phone too. However I have read reviews and seen the business replies. Your business has to have honest reviews and opinions for people to make the decision on whether or not to order from your business this review isn’t to tarnish that it’s a review on the service at hand. I would 100% recommend you for the food, it was tasty and delicious and despite being ridiculously late - warm never had an issue when nipping in for a lunch it’s always been tasteful. However, I am just furious as a mother my kids had a late dinner and also missed out on half of what we ordered for them and this is the second time.
