Well stocked pharmacy a wide range of products. Good advice available when I needed to have something specified for an ailment. All good stuff, there was a bit of a wait due to a queue, but that is a small price to pay for professional advice and great products.

Hate leaving reviews but this place is an absolute joke. You don't want to be chronically ill and get your prescriptions from this place. Main pharmacist Garth is rude, doesn't accept error and places blame for the incompetence on the customer. Every time my family or I have tried to collect prescriptions there has always been an issue. Not once has there not been. If they have taken on too much volume of work then they need to be able to manage what they can internally do. They hide behind their front of house staff who then have to deal with too much, which I'm sure they don't get paid for. Reordering insulin vials also seems too difficult or too much of a cost for them. Overall terrible.

I have notified pharmacists (more than one) that I am seriously unwell with a terminal illness. This isn't easy to do, especially when the pharmacy is always rather busy... I asked them to relay this onto their colleagues to help save me from doing this on multiple occasions, and to try and ensure less mistakes were made. I live alone and have little support. I have had to go back on multiple occasions because the prescriptions haven't been completely packed, completely due to human error. They have given me tablets on 2 occasions that cannot be halved, and had arranged to half them for me before they issue them to me - this wasn't done (again), despite the 'notes on the system', so I brought them back and the pharmacist insisted I purchased a tablet cutter, rather than helping me by just cutting them himself.... even after I told him that I was unwell and would appreciate the additional help. I think I could sum this review up by saying that I believe the pharmacy lacks both competence and more importantly, compassion. I am left feeling very disappointed.

Rude staff, I wouldn’t use them if I didn’t have to, the amount of times they fail to give me my full prescription because the drawers are too high up and they can’t be bothered to look properly, god forbid I ask is the full prescription in the bag, 2 or 3 shop assistants will inform me they don’t check prescriptions it has to be a pharmacist, whilst I do understand that they can’t check the actual prescription they can however check they have provided the entire order and not just half!

I appreciate that online prescriptions are a relatively new thing, but the complete lack of authentic help was awful. A combination of apathy and incompetence. I finally got my prescription after almost an hour - wrestling with the GP / pharmacy prescription website form myself. What a waste of time and energy.
