   Only went to this pharmacy as my usual didn't have the prescription I needed. Dunluce gave me the incorrect number of tablets and then tried to blame me for binning the missing 4. I have attached evidence of the full strip of 14 and strip of 11 I was given, totally 25 NOT the 27 written on the box. Additionally a full strip is 14, I was given 2 strips which is 28, NOT 30 as the pharmacist incorrectly stated. Giving 2 stars as another pharmacist eventually gave me the additional ones needed. Also would have let this go - mistakes happen - if the first pharmacist hadn't rolled his eyes despite him being in the wrong and apparently incapable of doing basic math based on reality, not the theory on paper.

   The pharmacy at dunluce in my opinion is pretty good. The staff know what they're doing. If there's anything wrong with your prescription? They let you know right away.

   Amazing pharmacy and absolutely lovely, helpful staff. Nothing is ever too much for them and the practice pharmacist Stephen is a gentleman with a wealth of knowledge. Their help is always very much appreciated.

   First time I have used the Dunluce Pharmacy Text Messaging Service to advise me that my repeat prescription is ready for collection. I am impressed - very quick turnround time on fulfilling the prescription and no more potentially wasted trips to the pharmacy hoping that my prescription was ready.

   Moved house recently. Same GP Changed Pharmacy, as the Pharmacy on site is much closer and convenient. Brilliant service. . Great to receive a text yesterday, that the order which I placed with my surgery that morning, was available within hours on the same day. Fantastic. Also to be greeted by name with a smile by The staff team when I went to collect my prescription. And a question and concern that I had about my health, was listened to and appropriate advice given. I was made to feel that nothing was too trivial to ask, and the question wasn’t dismissed. That made me feel at ease, and confident with the suggested action. Thank you to Ryan and Team

   Fast, efficient service with friendly staff. They go above and beyond. I had a problem with an item on my script being out of stock and they arranged for an alternative item with my doctor. Also enjoying the new text service to let me know when scripts are available to be collected.
