My daughter absolutely loves YEM Theatre School! Everyone who teaches her (Kim / Lucy and all the wonderful other teachers) have done an incredible job nurturing her confidence and helping her grow as a performer. I am so excited to see how far she goes with the skills and passion she’s developing with YEM. Highly recommend!
Both my daughters have been going to YEM since they were 18 months old, one is now 15 and the other 9. I would highly recommend YEM to anyone who wants their child to thrive and become confident in themselves. All the teachers are amazing and so supportive to all students, they are all inclusive and have a great family community. My eldest has worked her way up through YEM and now student teaches, she loves it and thanks to Lucy & Kim she now what's to carry this on as a career as they have helped her so much throughout her time there. My youngest is now following in her sisters footsteps and they all have been just as supportive. We as a family love YEM and all their values. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to try, I wouldn't have any girls in any other school.
My daughter has been at YEM since the age of 7 and she is now 18! She started as a little girl with no confidence in her ability but Kim and Lucy both nurtured and believed in her, encouraged her to shine and be her best self. She has attended many classes over her years but her favourites have been Tap, Ballet and her private singing lessons. She now also teaches for YEM as well as attending lessons. The YEM Theatre School totally promote an inclusive family orientated environment where evety student is given amazing opportunity ❤️
I cannot recommend YEM enough! We have been with them for a number of years now and they just keep getting better. Their genuine care and passion for all students shines through in everything they do, from the skills taught in all classes to the support for mental health and well-being. Our daughter’s confidence has increased tenfold since she has been part of the YEM family - they encourage, support and develop and allow the children to showcase their skills on stage at their ‘big’ show bi-annually, with a smaller family showcase the alternating year. In the words of my daughter - join YEM because it teaches you so much, it’s made me so confident, it’s fun and I just love it!
yem is like a second home to me, i have been there my whole life, and that isn’t something i would change, the staff and teachers are all lovely, they offer many different classes for all to try, from dance to singing to drama, its a very welcoming place, and my confidence has grown so much and i have learned so much more than i ever thought i would, its a great way to learn and grow as a performer!!
Both of my children attend YEM and I cannot say enough good things about this theatre school. Their confidence has grown so much in the almost 5 years since we first started. So many amazing experiences and so many friendships made along the way. We ❤️ YEM!!
Both my girls have danced with YEM since they were tiny my youngest still does and absolutely loves it. The confidence it’s given both of them is amazing, all the teaching staff are brilliant and really know their stuff how they organise and put together the brilliant shows I’ve no idea! My little girl always comes out of class with a big smile and that for me is perfect.
Our 9year old has been going to YEM for a couple of years now and absolutely loves it! Lucy & Kim are amazing with all the kids and know how to bring out the best in each and every child can’t recommend them highly enough.
My daughter has been attending classes with YEM for 10 Years and really enjoys all her lessons . The teachers and knowledgeable and approachable. They offer a great range of classes at several venues across the area . We love being part of the YEM family !
