   Terribly long wait times for medication collected from doctor's surgery - 2+ days sometimes 3 days. Told to come back after lunch or next day. Really? It's a pharmacy for urgent or routine medication - not a doctor's surgery. 2/3 days is not an acceptable turnaround. Very poor attitude from staff, pharmacist when you show up almost begging for script without a text ? More staff, more empathy and quicker turnaround needed. Hope the pharmacy listens to feedback.

   Told they were short staffed and asked if I could 'come back tomorrow' unless I was completely out of my medication. Finally got it dispensed late afternoon. Only 2 other customers there when I called in the morning so still not sure why I couldn't get it them.

   I cannot recommend them highly enough. I come from Omagh but have a Belfast issued script. They did their absolute up most to help me get my script in Omagh. Which means so much to me as someone with Autism. I am so grateful. I dealt with two people on the phone, and both listened to me fully, did their best to help and also explained things fully to me. I am very grateful. I know one was called Connor and I feel awful for not getting the other helpful colleagues name.

   Hour+ wait on prescriptions, understaffed. Staff laugh at anyone who was upset that their prescriptions weren't ready - they still make sure to take an hour+ lunch though! What an embarrassment.
