   The service here especially from the pharmacist Luke is exceptional! He takes time for all his customers, is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. If folk like him were running the gp surgeries it would be wonderful!

   Truly awful service. For three weeks they lost my prescription. Last two prescription deliveries took 18 & 23 days from ordering. They never answer their phone. Not once since lockdown. Biggest surprise was that my GP office Manager said Medicare's is s**t. That from a medical professional!

   Just like to mention and say a big thanks to the pharmacist name Luke and say what a true professional he was able to change the dressing on my arm which I had surgery on last Thursday as I could not get an appointment with the nurse at my GPs surgery until next week Many thanks Luke.

   What a Joke. Staff were so rude, more concerned about…. Staff discounting sale, pricing up stock, head stuck in a computer, some keyboard warriors & 3 other staff just walking around trying to look busy. Stood waiting for 5 mins at the counter with no acknowledgment. Then when I called them out, one lady had the cheek to tell me I was standing in the wrong place. Is if standing in the wrong place made to see me better!!!!!! Customer service in the branch is a joke, making customers feel like s**h is pathetic. People coming through your door for your help, maybe grow up and help them. Only my view.

   My self and my husband have been delighted with the customer service we have received from the Pharmacist. He goes the extra mile in giving advice and finding the best solution for any issues. The store is very well managed and all the staff have a very pleasant attitude.
