   Unfortunately, I did have a bad experience with this chemist. One colleague was very pleasant but apparently gave be the wrong information. when I called back the second person very poorly explained this and was so rude about it for no reason at all but just to be rude, disgusting service definitely will not use this pharmacy again. It’s no wonder why they have such bad reviews. I was always taught it does not cost anything to have manners and unfortunately this person I was dealing with doesn’t know the meaning of the word.

   One employee in particular with a thick accent has been incredibly combative. I need my script/meds delivered because i can't afford to use public transport, I have no vehicle or licence to drive and I have to look after my dad 24/7 who is in terrible health. This employee acted as if it was a burden, telling me to pick it up my medication myself and acted as if I wasn't in my rights to have my medication delivered. This one employee is the only issue. Please rectify and speak with them on their rudeness.

   The experience of using this pharmacy would lead to further medical complaints. Consistently wait in excess of thirty minutes, on a good day, for the staff to realise that they have messed up a prescription from the Doctors next door, or been told that the medication has already been dispensed while surrounded by customers experiencing the same level of inadequate service. I was once even asked why I hadn’t collected a prescription earlier! Never failed to have been told the prescription hasn’t been received, only to have it magically appear once I’ve asked them to contact the Doctors. They also never apologise, and are happy to argue the point with you in front of other customers.

   I travel from Newtownabbey to collect my prescription and I have always found the staff pleasant, cheerful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this chemist Jan Hughes

   If it says they're open to 6pm online, your best calling in a half an hour before that. On a Thursday it says they close at 5.30pm, that's false information too. They're closed well before that. 5.20pm my husband was there tonight, rushed home from work to get his prescription, all the lights off except up the back at the pharmacy he banged on the door and they said no we're shut. This has happened ALOT!!! Ridiculous.

   The chemist told me to re order my script and told me ring the surgery next door so I done that and was told my prescription is not due and they have messed my day up I have places to go and now I have had to cancel as I can't rely on other people to collect it.very poor service
