McDonaghs is by far the most community-orientated Pharmacy in West Belfast. I have yet to hear a negative word spoken about any of the staff at this Pharmacy and it is common knowledge that they will go out of their way to help their clients. They have a large and regular client base and McDonag's are THE model that other Pharmacies in general should try to emulate. All staff, even under the added pressure of a global pandemic, greet regular clients on first name terms and are always pleasant. They have developed a good social-distancing model in the Pharmacy with PPE in use and hand sanitizer stations readily available to clients. 5 Stars!

Went in once and the staff was really rude. Really patronising, speaking really slowly to me in a "Do you understand??" sort of way. I'm Asian, that doesn't mean my English is bad, and plus I don't even have an accent. Would not recommend. There's another pharmacy round the corner so I'm going to that one instead.
