   Shop closing early it says open until 21.30 but was closed by 20.57. Also staff members associate outside was rude and confrontational. Won’t ever be using again

   Good little shop hot food. In post service ok. Some of the stuff is very overpriced but the shampoos and chocolates are good priced. Drinks expensive side. Slush good. Visit most weeks. It’s better than the coop

   Review for InPost Collection at this Spar. My husband tried to collect my inpost parcel as I'm unwell and the closest store is 3 miles away but was refused because he was not me. The Spar store in Keynsham refused to hand over the parcel even though he showed the email with the QR code on it. My husband took a bank card with my name on it, but the store assistant said its not proof of ID. My husband showed the store assistant the email confirmation that says ID not required. The store assistant said my husband could've just found the bank card in the street and there are so many scams around. My husband was made to feel like a criminal in front of other customers. On looking at the inpost conditions for extending the collection time it says that if i can't collect it within the 3 days i can send a friend or family member to collect it for me and that ID is not required. Really not happy with Spars private policy which operates outside of Inposts terms and conditions. They are still holding onto my parcel.... Inpost and Spar need to get their acts together.

   I went there Wednesday to collect a vinted parcel and the woman said i needed ID to collect it. I never had to use ID to pick up a parcel before and it wasn’t for this item that I bought cause it would’ve said before I bought it. Do they need my ID card?? Or passport?? Do I have to be over 16 or 18?? I showed the woman my vinted to show I bought it but she said she needed ID still. I tried calling them multiple times but they never answered
