   Other than Karen the store manager this place would rather see you go sick by not giving you your medications that your doctor has faxed to them and they tried to lie about receiving the full fax. The head Pharmacist Ariana was willing to give diazepam which is a controlled drug in the same category at pregabalin but would not give the pregabalin the both drugs are in the same legal class of drugs and out of hours doctor gave the pharmacist permission to dispense both drugs but Ariana is refusing to its not a new drug on the prescription so she is just picking and choosing what medications she will choose to dispense even with doctors permission and has the fax of all the medications in front of her this 1 star is for Karen the store manager only everyone else needed to catch a grip and learn to do there jobs properly especially Ariana and John he picks who he wants to serve

   Truely awful business. Frequently missing items from repeat prescriptions. Text alert system is unreliable - meaning being without essential medication for days while it is sitting ready for collection. Closing for lunch and at weekends (when people often can be trying to get hold of medicines) is unforgivable. Surely they can work out how to stagger breaks like the rest of the world. There are much better pharmacies all around Lisburn.

   Last time I went for repeat prescription I asked if all 5 items were included they said yes, went to my car and item missing. Went back and they said they had no more items, went to Doctor's reception who confirmed 5 items sent, went back to chemist and they were then able to find it. This has happened to me a few times

   Closed for lunch hour, really? A pharmacy, you can’t stagger your lunch hours so we keep this essential service? Lisburn is not a real city with this type of decision during a pandemic off a main high street.
