   One of the few chain outdoor clothing supply shops in NI where the staff know what they’re talking about. A good selection of mid to high-end clothing and (limited, but decent) selection of camping/hiking/climbing equipment. Not cheap, but competitively priced for good quality products. Good return policy, and helpful staff (but not annoyingly so, which is lovely). Excellent shoe/boot selection. Occasionally good deals/offers on as well.

   Came in to buy my first pair of running shoes, the lady assisting me could not have been more helpful and made sure I was confident with my choice after trying on a few pairs with me to see what was the best match! Would highly recommend :) their customer service is amazing

   I've visited this store many times over the years and always received exceptional customer service. That was until this evening. Where myself and another gentleman were "greeted" with the possibly the rudest and most aggressive customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. My friend was hoping to return a pair of boots that he assumed were faulty only to be stunned when he was confronted by a downright rude, patronising and aggressive store manager. Needless to say we will not be back in this store again and will take our business elsewhere.
