   Bought a set of Taylor made clubs, had a problem with one of my irons, took it back to see if I could get it fixed/replaced. The staff member John was so aggressive and rude from the moment I presented the club, the worse customer service ive ever received, i even rang a week later to ask for photos of my club and the same member of staff answered the phone and was very aggressive towards me when I asked for photos. If you're looking good customer service i wouldn't recommend McGuirks Golf, i would recommend going across the road to American golf to get treated in a less hostile manner.

   brought back a pair of shoes my heel was bleeding each time .only had the shoes 1 month . From word go they said , my shoes are fine , i always buy this make. i said im glad to hear it, but my heel always bleeds , ive never had this before. either the owner or someone in charge ran his finger around the heel , said yes , there is definitely something there , but to my surprise did nothing. im still waiting . two weeks unsure why they didnt replace them as i said i was willing to pay extra for another pair. no phone calls , no nothing Mark Clarke

   Order a pair of golf shoes and was advised they would be in store to collect 3 days later. Phoned them 5 days later and they advised they could not get them. Poor service - they had my phone number but nothing from them. I will stick to American Golf in future.
