Placed a large order with our club. 8 weeks went by. No sight of it. Chased it up, apologies were issued, promise of quick shipping. 3 weeks later still no kit. No word from the rep. I try calling, no answer. Pretty close to wanting to cancel the order at this point but I wouldn't even know who to contact as no one gets back to me. I'm aware it's the summer period now but this order was placed in June.
