Terrible service. Paid for a next day delivery - it's now been 3 days & parcel still not arrived. I get a morning message to say when (2 hour slot) the parcel will be delivered, followed by an evening message to say sorry for non-delivery. I've taken time off work & now lost money. You can't speak with anyone - everything is done via text, email etc. I will NOT be using them ever again!
APC Plymouth don't answer the phone when you call, they ignore any messages you leave. There's no way to contact them. No communication and no delivery either, overnight delivery 6 days late. Definitely a well desreved one star.
We would like to thank our regular driver Liam. He is always so helpful, polite and upbeat. Nothing ever seems to be a problem when he is on our collection round. He's a very pleasant young man. Thank you again Liam from the Growers Organics Team.
Thank you APC. Great service again this year, to get my large parcels to "remote postcodes". Safely delivered within 48 hrs, when other companies couldn't maintain their service.
Do not use their services!!! They lack professionalism and respect for customers. I had to receive a parcel on Friday midday and didn't delivered. They didn't even called or send an e-mail to say they will be delivering my parcel the next day. On Saturday morning I was expecting to receive my parcel early in the morning but instead I got an e-mail saying that my parcel will arrive between 4:22PM and 6:22PM. Nobody cared enough to just call and apologise or at least say when my parcel will be delivered for sure. I am still waiting for my parcel. I don't recommend this company at all! Update Saturday evening 7:22 As I was expecting they didn't deliver my parcel and they were 2 miles away from my location. The driver is now far from me and I am sure his finished for today. I wonder, why in the world the management don't check the map like we do on their app, to see what the drivers are NOT doing ???
If it could be a ZERO rating it would. 4 for 4 On parcels not being delivered within the 48 hour window & of course the get out of "Covid" used as a reason for missing this timeline. When they had supposedly delivered the parcels they had either only delivered part of the package (1 of 2 boxes) or marked as delivered & left a card to say they would be back the next day. Still chasing up on a two part parcel that has supposedly been delivered, only photographic evidence of 1 parcel left in a "safe place" Shocking delivery company giving Hermes & Yodel a run for their money on worst firm in the U.K
0 customer service, Easter hours no update on the website, try to get hold of them to pick up an urgent parcel and no luck. I Re-arrange my delivery and try to call them today and press 1 for customer service a voice told due to covid send an e-mail and the depot voice mail and phone down absolutely y ridiculous!!!!
Poor service all round. Have been waiting on a package for over three weeks. Delivery apparently attempted several times and every attempt no one showed up despite myself being at the property each time. No delivery card or any detail. Local depot does not answer the phone and when eventually they did I was told " can you just pick it up?" A delivery service that only delivers a bad taste in your mouth. Avoid.
