   Absolutely adored my time spent here. I studied a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Music, during which I met many multi-talented, passionate musicians, who just so happened to be really great people, too, including some of my current best friends and bandmates. The tutors were experienced industry practitioners, which is always helpful, and they genuinely care. The course presented great opportunities to network and learn, and it set me up very well for my Foundation Degree and work in the industry in general.

   Beautiful college..very modern and set in scenic location with walking historic park and buildings nearby. Lisburn town is lovely. Historic and modern at the same time. College have been wonderful to deal with. Wish all the new students well!

   Unacceptable Service – Still Waiting for Refund Since January I registered for an Italian course in January, and they cancelled it. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. It's now been months, and despite emailing them multiple times, all I’ve received are excuses with no action. They continuously promise to resolve the issue, but nothing ever happens. This is completely unprofessional and frustrating. They have had more than enough time to process my refund, and yet I’m still waiting. I am beyond disappointed by the lack of accountability and the constant delays. If you are considering taking a course with them, I highly advise against it – their customer service is horrible. I will never be using their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.

   If i could give zero star, i would. I wrote you on the 23rd of May, and after 8 days nobody even bothered answering me. You are a shame of school not even able to tell students what's going on with the missed days of teaching! We are all professionals and obviously we need to plan our work and time in advance, we invested money and energy in a course that now we don't even know when and if will go on. This is unacceptable!

   Tell place for further education, the facilities are poor an staff are nothing but rude. I attended Northern Regional College for two years then went to Ulster University for 3 and then started SERC and can say the way the staff speak and treat students is pathetic at times. There is no parking for students as it was all removed for tutors who there are significantly less of. I would recommend people attend literally anywhere else as you'll receive better education and facilities.

   we have just boought our 4th car in a row from Sere motors and we have found them excellent and very professional to do business with. It is lovely to do business with David Gaw is he makes it very easy to buy a car as he is such a professional with all the paper work that is involved in the change over from one car to another. As we are so used to buying a car from Sere we would not go anywhere else to buy one. Thank you to all the team both the service centre and sales for such good service.
