   One of the best seller i have ever met. I found the luxury hut through watchfinder, as they are a certified seller. Luxury Hut had really welcoming staff and these guys cater to your needs in a very professional yet very friendly manner, i had issues with payment mode but even after that they cooperated in every possible manner . Unlike watchfinder, luxury hut hold on to my watch even when I didn't book it, plus condition of each and every watch over there is really good. Watchfinder excellent rated watch doesn't even come close to there's. Sometimes its not just about the price , its about the trust and service you provide . I loved the staff and experience at luxury hut . Thankyou guys , gonna make all my future purchases from u.

   Visited their showroom today In hatton garden after speaking to a gentlemen called Raj in regards to selling 2 watches. They offered me a quick quote very professionally over WhatsApp i initially did not want to take the offer but it was good so I decided to sell hassle free. When arrived greeted well professionally and offered drinks. I was served by Nerya Netanel very professionally and friendly kind service. Very easy to deal with hassle free quick transaction without no time wasted paid as agreed before arriving. I highly recommend them and would deal with them again in future when I need to.    Unfortunately I lost my original engagement ring, whilst shopping about for a new one, a friend suggested The Luxury Hut as they had purchased a watch from them. I can't recommend them enough. I found what I wanted online but called to ask about sizing. 10/10 for communication and advice. Didn't feel pressure into purchasing but glad I got it!! Absolutely stunning, extremely good quality.

   Tried to sell a watch with these guys. When they realised they offered me more than they wanted they rescheduled my appointment and said they would "call back" with another arranged appointment. They never called back. Totally unprofessional customer service. Offered 10% more elsewhere. Edit: False allegations from the owner. Hilarious
