   As an impulse buyer who occasionally buys just a few items, when I go into Poundland and get to the till and my only offer is to buy a bag that costs £1. I think that's really making a joke that Poundland are trying to save people money. Not everybody wants to buy a few items and pay for an expensive bag. What about some 10p or 20p plastic bags similar to Card Factory.

   I had a really disappointing experience at Poundland recently. There was a tall staff member working at the checkout. I believe his name started with “S,” possibly Sindhu or Sandhu. He was wearing an ice cap. From the moment I approached the till, his behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was shouting at customers, rushing everyone unnecessarily, and creating an unpleasant atmosphere for everyone in line. He seemed agitated and impatient, which made the whole shopping experience stressful for both me and other customers. In my case, I had a full cart and just a couple of extra small items (two scented candles), which I carried in a plastic bag. When I placed those items on the counter along with the rest of my shopping to pay for everything, he suddenly started shouting at me in front of everyone, accusing me of trying to steal them. This was humiliating and completely uncalled for. I had not even left the counter and was clearly about to pay for those items. To make matters worse, he was also rude to other customers. I noticed him muttering insults under his breath in another language (which I understand) and calling a female customer names after she left. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. Overall, his attitude ruined what should have been a simple shopping trip. I hope Poundland management addresses this issue seriously, as no customer deserves to be treated like that.

   I have few words to express for KANGANA the staff at the store. I was looking for a Jacket and she helped me leaving what she was doing, store was about to close but yet she handled my query with kindness and patience and helped me throughout the process till checkout flawlessly. I would really and highly appreciate her efforts in customer service which might bring the customer again to the shop. Keep the good work up. Thanks. (Kindly appreciate her @Manager)

   My partner went in there this morning the 25/01/2023 and as she was leaving the security guard stopped her and pulled her dressing gown out of her shopping bag she had with her and was accused of thieving it even though it was a primary gown that has already been worn , in pocket of it , she had anew pouch of tobacco which cost her £11 which seems to disappear. Her daughter reported it the the manager and complained about him as he has a habit to lay hands on shoppers

   This is one of the better places for servi e and best buys. Staff are very good and able to help with all thing even get the items you need. Especially great for me as I was with my son and autism factor make something highly improbable. These guys helped and made sure we got everything without problems.
