Coop is an odd shop with prices generally average but a few great offers. If you join and get a card you get extra offers and earn points, which I have collected but have no idea what you do with them!
Staff barely say please or thank you when serving you. Or even look at you when serving you. Shelves often half empty and cages block aisles at all times of day. Prices higher than Sainsbury’s across the street. Avoid unless you’re desperate for milk at 9pm. Rude, rude, rude staff who clearly don’t want to be there.
Third best supermarket in Shepperton High St, in which there are only two supermarkets. Limited selection of goods, poor stock control with often empty shelves, and the most gormless, slackjawed staff I've ever encountered anywhere.
Limited items available and too many of some - cream ‘sandwich’ type biscuits custard creams, & similar but no garibaldi biscuits no jammy dodgers…for instance . Limited vegetarian items and the layout is a bit mixed up. Often only two of the three self checkouts work and one cashier. Some staff look positively surly. The Ladies usually helpful.
It's convenient and shop assistant's were polite ,very helpful but if your black and shopping there an announcement of security cameras was made. I truly hope they learn that different races need to shop too. The checkout staff were so good and helpful even helping in packing.
Queue system is down an aisle so you could inadvertently jump the line if you didn't realise that. Not as much fridge snack meals available on a Sunday visit.
Easy to park. All customers masked and socially distancing. Staff polite and helpful. Great Range of choice and good Value for money.
Worst co op to go to ever. Poor customer service.. always out of stock on most products. Rude staff with poor training.. dirty store level of hygiene needs to be reported to the council. Also purchased 2 items previously and both of out of date. Will not use ever again go to sainsburys or marks and spencers across the road. Very poor from the CO-OP brand as a regular shopper of co-op.
Handy to have on the high street and has better opening hours than Sainsbury's on Sunday. The store is small though so the selection is quite limited in most categories. Limited parking right outside but often plenty further down the street.
