   Absolutely bloody awful now a days. I go and do my elderly father’s lotto every four weeks. Amongst using the post office etc. Again last night I went in to renew his lotto. AND YET AGAIN I GET “it’s not working. Every time. If your staff “can’t be bothered” or have a cultural beliefs about Gambling, then lotto either takes your license away or put on different staff to do deal with the lotto. Everyone has become soon rude in there. No interaction with customers. I was waiting last week for 10mins approx for someone to serve me to collect a parcel, and then people starting coming in and waiting, for the cashier to ask me “ can I serve the people behind you first”!!! Erm…NO!!!

   Post Office guy is so rude. Didn't even give me my receipt for my recorded delivery for the Home Office. I had to ask for it and he slammed it on the counter. Shouldn't be working there if he doesn't have basic customer service skills..

   Awful rudeness, never known anything like it! Website says Post Office and Yodel services are open, yet get fobbed off every time. Always a wasted journey.

   This shop is freaking epic! I come from London so all our locals are a complete rip off! But this shop is absolutely phenomenal! So much variety and incredibly cheap prices!!! It's got almost everything you would need for a quick visit and even a milkshake machine!!! I love it!

   I did an order through Deliveroo. A few items were missing. I called them and they said that they missed the items and would sort out dropping the items off. I waited for over 2 hours and I called them back. They put the phone on the side after 10 minutes and cut me off. I called them back and they did the same. The service from here is disgusting and I do not recommend you do an online grocery shop with them. They are incredibly rude and dishonest.

   They deliveries block my car park every time, refuse to move, makes me late for the school run. Just no care to the community. Called the shop asked to get the lorry moved and they refuse too do it.

   I am a regular at this shop and I popped in on Friday night to grab a few bits which I was served with no face mask or covering of any sort and not a word was said. I went back in the next evening on Saturday and once I had gone into the shop and grabbed the things I wanted and got to the til I was refused service for not wearing a face covering! This was after I went to the wrong til and was told to move onto the next one so that then she could refuse me and embarrass me in front of a queue of people. Why was I not stopped from entering the shop before I got to the til or even picked up my items? I suffer from brain injury and along with that comes anxiety and calling me out in front of the public like that did not do my mental health any good. It was a innocent mistake forgetting the face coverings as a lot of people were not wearing one.

   Worked there 2005 - 2006 was treated really bad by management staff especially the one who was a manager there, got traumatized till now don't forget about it .All I can say it was bullying. Though now I'm at a better place but it's only something I will never forget. That's why I wrote this review. Stop bullying people at workplaces you don't know how much damages you causing.

   Absolutely horrible experience at this store. It was my girlfriend's birthday almost two weeks ago, so I posted a lovely necklace for her so that she could at least get a gift during this lockdown. I went many days in advance and posted it 1st class and signed for to make sure it was secure. She STILL does not have the parcel and I have now been into this store for guidance twice now. The manager, Matthew, is condescending and rude. He would say things like "You haven't listened to me I have just told you" which of course aggravated me, as I am the customer, and should not be spoken to in that manner. I too am an essential worker so I understand that it is not pleasant to deal with "persistent customers" but I also understand that if a customer sends something of value, relying on your services, and it doesn't get sent, (Yes it is still sitting in their posting office even after a week and a half), then the customer has every right to complain. Matthew then persisted to put all the blame on me, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS IN THE WRONG. Horrible customer service, and not only shall I stop my services to this store, but I shall also prevent anyone else from going as to prevent them from being spoken to like Matthew did to me. And Matthew, mate, if you are reading this... get a grip and treat customers with respect. I am only 19 years old and you probably think that since I am young you can speak to me in this manner, but I am not as naive as you think... check yourself and be a professional.

   Went into this store today and the cashier Cara decided to offer her advise as to how my husband should be talking to me I was shocked by her interference it was not welcome and I would offer your company some advice keep to selling sweets and groceries and keep out of marriage guidance especially when it's not needed. Ps won't be using shop again very rude staff.
