A very good small company with a human face that engages thoroughly with customers and provides a good value and thoughtfully personalised service. I have had dealings with two of the several brokers who work from the Paignton office and both were equally attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.
We have used Hannah and her team at Devon direct for both personal and Business insurance for many years. The service is excellent, they are professional, reliable and competative. And no Bots a person is always avaliable to speak to if needed.
Just had a blow out with Devin Direct, after 8 weeks they had still not refunded me for a change in policy. I had contacted them several times to get this resolved, but the timescales went on until I threatened to take this up with the industry Ombudsman. Low and behold, suddenly the payment had just came through to them! Is it a coincidence they did not refund me for 8 weeks, and when I went to the Ombudsman to complain about this the time scale was - YES - 8 weeks! Really shoddy, they do not look out for you, but are happy to take your money instantly - but a refund is 2 months??!

Very efficient office good service all round. Lovely to see all the office staff drinking pints in the morning coffee break, very modern and free of conventions. Wouldn't mind a job here.
