I've never had a problem with the credit union. If I have any questions, they are always answered. I've taken out a few loans over the years with the credit union and I have never found anyone else who are quick to respond and have the lowest rates to pay. I tend to pay my loans off earlier than the term and I am never penalised. So glad I have an account with you guys. Here's hoping for a long and fruitful journey together.

I have been with Notts and Lincs for a number of years with a Loan and a Christmas saving account and you can draw it out or leave your Christmas account as long as you like a friendly phone call helpfully and the staff explain everything to you excellent credit union
Today I was in a bit of a dilemma as to how to draw out my Christmas savings. After waiting about 40 mins to get through on the phone I decided to email. To my utter surprise it was responded to in minutes by a lovely gentleman named Adam!!!! He directed me as to what to do with no fuss and great knowledge! Every time I have needed help from the team they have alway supported me. They have made the process easy and never made me uncomfortable about the situation. When my credit rating wasn’t great they worked with me to find a good option and helped me improve it. I actually much prefer them to my bank as I feel they are much more personal. I would highly recommend as the interest rates are fair also.
