   I received very poor service at your store. I purchased a cream, and when I got home I noticed that the lid was not sealed properly. This raises a serious hygiene concern, as an improperly sealed jar can allow air exposure, bacteria, and potential skin issues. I returned to the store for an exchange because I do not feel comfortable using an opened or unsealed product. However, I was ignored, and the manager refused to acknowledge the issue. Instead of addressing why the jar wasn’t sealed, he only showed me other jars with cream on the inner lid. While residue on the inner lid can happen, it does not explain why the product’s seal was not intact. I’m disappointed with both the product condition and the lack of customer care. I would appreciate proper assistance and a replacement or refund for a safely sealed product. ⸻

   Staff member Mina very rude. stating that they was a manager at the time. basically said if i dont like what the security guard is doing then leave. Totally unprofessional and rude. Documented what happened that day! The security guard at the time was Sukh literally following me around the small store in every aisle. Confronted the security guard and the manager. Manager did not help at all. I did not make a purchase in the end and left my items. Disgusted

   This store is ok. Well stocked and staff available if needed to ask for assistance. Queues were quite long at the till, and no one other staff were called to assist on the counter, which was quite disappointing.

   Small and efficient store. Good collection of personal hygiene, grooming, and care items. Staff do try to sell you a bottle of perfume :) not too pushy though, that's good.

   Cheap and cheerful place to get all your household chemicals in one place. Prices are the best around, imo. I always end up picking up Jakemans cough drops and some jelly babies when here. Strange. Staff are friendly and the store is well stocked.

   Well-stocked store, enough cashiers according to the customer's in the queue.. Just a niggle regarding the Glade refill for the automatic air-freshner spray & that they haven't had the RELAXING ZEN fragrance for a while & I miss that smell !! Will you have it soon ??

   Fabulous store, great prices for a wide range of toiletries and alike. Staff always friendly and a lovely welcome when you enter the store. Shame about the area, South Harrow, which has deteriorated drastically over the years and now resembles a badly kept, untidy, grotty lack of community respect, rat infested, fruit and veg dominated flea pit!!! Sad, very sad.
