   A friend lives around and we wanted to send some flowers, we live in london so it was a challenge. One of my friends contacted this place, the lady that attended us did not only a beautiful bouquet but took take to go the extra mile for a person that she doesn’t know, but knew she needed some love. I’m so grateful to have come across this Angel !

   Amazing service! I had some flowers sent to me when we were away for a week and I saw the delivery note on return. I thought I would have missed my chance to get them but they were so lovely and delivered them to me the afternoon after I made contact. So friendly on the phone. Thank you. Beautiful flowers/arrangements received on a number of occasions.

   Extremely poor customer service. I can’t comment on their flowers as I never used them. They were unable to help me as today (14 Feb) as today is probably one of their busiest days which I understand. But this is no excuse to be rude to potential customers on the phone. I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses, so I hope to use them in the future, and will update my rating then if appropriate.

   Absolutely every time, this florist delivers (metaphorically and literally). Whether face to face, or over the phone from miles away, Robinsons are friendly, patient, sweet, and bubbly. They take pride and care in their arrangements, and quality has always been top notch. Any flowers or arrangements I need in the area, I go straight to Robinsons. It makes a difference to have that "Personal Touch" when you can't be there yourself. Thank you for making so many people happy.
