   I am normally so happy to support local businesses however I have repeatedly felt like Crescent Flowers value profit over customer service. Fran (who owns the business) recently ran a wreath making course I attended and it was nowhere near the standard of previous wreath making courses of the same price. We were rushed in our designs and the variety of flowers was far smaller than previous years. Fran also was dismissive of concerns and didn’t support us in our design ideas. We also recently received a present from a family friend from Crescent Flowers, and for the price they had spent, the arrangement was poor. Many of the buds were broken and the display was lacking in depth. I would be so happy to support small businesses (and I support lots of others!) but not when profit is so obviously over service.

   Back in April I ordered a bouquet for next day delivery for my wedding, but I hadn't realised that they were shut on Sundays. They quickly got in touch with me, and we rearranged for me to pick them up in store the next morning - the morning of my wedding! When I arrived the bouquet was bigger than expected, as they had added extra flowers to compensate for the delivery cost I hadn't needed. The staff here go above and beyond and the flowers were absolutely beautiful and really made my wedding special!

This Christmas the Crescent Flower Shop team have excelled - surprising and delighting my lucky family and friends for whom they have created floral arrangements. The "icing on my cake" has been the positive, proactive advice &support for our son's imminent wedding - all shared with a smile at their busiest time of the year!
