Ordered a Christmas bouquet via the website to collect, upon collection I was a little disappointed with the flowers. I brought them home & emailed them to say how unhappy I was as in the past previous bouquets were a lot better. With it being the day before Christmas Eve & seeing how busy the shop was I didn’t think I would get a swift response back, I was wrong within an hour I had a lovely reply back from Abi. She was more than happy for me to take them back the same day & replace them for another bouquet to my satisfaction, Abi & the team were very welcoming in helping me choose other flowers and it was no bother to them to sort out a new arrangement for me.
