I ordered some flowers for someone leaving at work. The arrangement looked absolutely fantastic, the flowers were lovely and fresh and Jacqui's recommendation of which flowers to have were perfect. I will be using Neston flowers for a important large event later on in the year.
Very disappointed with Neston Flowers. We booked to have our wedding flowers arranged by them as they were recommended by our venue, and we had an appointment to meet Jacqui at our venue to discuss our requirements. She never turned up or contacted me to explain why, and she had both my mobile number and email from the original booking enquiry. I had to ask the reception staff to ring her as she hadn't given me a mobile number so I couldn't have contacted her myself. The reception staff then explained that her car had broken down in Bristol and she wasn't going to make the meeting. We didn't have a problem with this as these things happen, however, if we hadn't asked reception to ring we would have never known. We then heard NOTHING from Neston Flowers after this day. They never contacted me to apologise or to re-schedule, so we went with a different florist in the end. We will not be using Neston Flowers in the future, or recommending them to family and friends.
