Always helpful, lovely ladies always have the time to talk through things which as you get older you need. So nice to have a bank with great customer service where you can actually get your money from a human being.

Got to the bank at bang on 3. Customers in store but they'd locked the doors. Cashier taps her watch and leaves the door locked. So glad I've been with them 15 years....
