    Called reception and asked for a quote for conveyancing services, was put through to someone who asked rather abruptly how I got their contact details. When I said I found the company online and called reception I was then told that their legal fees would be too high for someone looking for quotes and it would be a waste of time. Terrible example of how to treat prospective business really good way to deter people using your services. Please in future listen to the caller before qualifying them out.
