The customer service here has really gone downhill since i last visited since i am (now was) a regular customer. Two Staff members were rude and ignored me. Heard one member of staff say something rude to me under his breath because he had to stop what he was doing to serve me. Won't bother with Argos next time, ill just use Amazon.
Drives everyone but me. Left me standing in line like an idiot. And let people cut in. Terrible don’t come here
Iris, the manager in charge is the reason people order online and not pick ups. She's rude, she raises her voice to be heared through the store and she's honestly just a condescending, never satisfied woman. I'd rather travel more than to ever come in to this store

Bought a pair of Belkin earbud headphones which my wife did not like. They would not accept them back because the manager said they were used after trying them on once. I will not buy or use Argos again. For me I will only buy from Amazon. Not good enough in my view.
We purchased some Apple airpods Saturday 8/10/22 and on opening had a problem with the gestures so returned them the next day. We spoke to a member of staff regarding the airpods they checked the serial numbers and were not happy because they were not matching, so they went to speak to their manager which took some time to do. We eventually got a refund. In hindsight I think we will go to the Apple shop. I don't think Argos know what they are selling, because the Apple shop said that the airpods have different serial no's. The case and box are the same serial no's and not the airpods themselves.
Awful customer service that don’t even have the basic fundamentals in place. Too busy chatting in front of customers than listening to them. Manager just as bad and is Role modelling these poor actions
Usual Argos set up. Staff nice, parking free. Be very careful parking on a Friday, park more than one hour and you’ll get fined
