   This is just for the Sainsbury’s itself. I have been a Sainsbury’s customer for a year now and the store is poorly layout. The tills never work,self checkouts have something wrong in them,sometimes there can be something wrong with the card reader. The pharmacy is now closing down which is sad. I love shopping in Sainsbury’s because there is a lot of helpful staff. But because of that I will no longer shop in this branch of Sainsbury’s or use the petrol stations ever again. Would give it 0 if I could.

   I have just bought a door entrance system. What a fantastic service. Affordable prices and good quality. Not even mentioned that fantastic " shopping experience. When you talk to a real person in a real shop. No temu online, when you don't know what you get or when. I do recommend Argos and his service. Paul was a star. He will be a branch director soon:) We are building two houses 8 minutes away and it's really good to order something and see it in " really next day or even sometimes the same one. Cheers Dan

   I’m a carer and came in with my 92 year old client. We spoke to Sam and he helped us massively, my client isn’t good with technology at all and seeing as everything is online now or on a screen we were expecting to struggle. Sam was so patient us, spoke very clearly and spoke directly to my client which made him feel involved and part of the conversation. THANK YOU SAM

   Good part is, there is lots of parking due to sainsburys. However, it Feels a bit disorganised though. I ordered online and came to collect an order. The staff were busy and so collection took a while. The lady serving me couldn’t approve over 18 orders and so this also took a while. And than no bags or boxes were provided with the order. I thought doing an online - all the items would be together but they were not and so I had to wait for them items to be brought to the front. I also had to them carry 200 pounds of two dozen items by hand due to no bags being provided. I was also being charged 30p for a bag when I didn’t have my wallet on me. Surely a bit of common sense should have come into play? Wouldn’t come here again tbh

   SUE from Argos, clearly hates her Job and most things breathing her much needed precious oxygen. especially customers in need of assistance. GET ANOTHER JOB unfortunately I cannot remember the amazing gentleman's name who didn't mind human interaction, I say unfortunately because it's correct the negatives stay with you and the gentleman was happy to go out of his way to be extra helpful. THANKS FOR NOTHING SUE...

   Am appalled by the customer service here. Had a faulty TV and had an uplift no from the manufacturer as a faulty panel on my TV. A so called manager Hanifa noor was rude in store and when I called to discuss the fault she said I'm not helping you and put the phone down. Rung 2 minutes later and she had clearly just wanted to go home as she was off shift.

   Rude staff accused me of breaking the item myself and refused to serve me he was the one being rude I was being reasonable I work in customer service and the way he spoke to me I would of sacked him if it was my member of staff horrendous people skills. On the other hand the lady there was lovely and managed to resolve my issues.
