Came today and had such a great experience. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Kate especially was great .. she was cheeky but I loved the banter . Made us feel at ease. Definitely would recommend cashmonkey in Mansfield ! Great people
They Take advantage of the poor and desperate hypothetically giving you £10 for a 42 inish TV acting like it doesn't have really value and what they offer you. You after be grateful I've seen some of the staff members making fun of there customers two . Even one star is to high
So plesent helpful staff and I got my pinched bike back because they actually listened when I told them my bike had been stolen so when aomeone tried to sell them it they refused it and I am fully grateful to the staff for that.
Sold me an iPhone for £900 and then it got blocked a few months later and they won't even refund me, what a disgrace of a company, typical dodgy pawn shop. The owner Andy even knew about my case and still did nothing and stopped replying to my messages.
Been going here for many years, the staff overall were excellent if a mixed bunch. Overall the shop is kept well and recently they have been putting great effort into their cabinet displays. A wider variety of stock with reasonable prices. Sometimes you can get deals that can't be left on the shelf. Would recommend to anyone.
Cash monkey have always been pleasant and we'll mannered while serving me. Give great customer service and don't come across like robots. Can't recommend enough
Cash monkey is a very pleasant shop in Mansfield I went into this shop not long ago though and members of staff were rude towards me and the other 2 people I was with. They told us we had to leave because we were a gang, we were clearly not a gang as there was three of us and all we were doing was looking at a game called ark. This experience has really put me off the shop I hope they can improve this problem.
