Bought a phone from here, and I had issue with it and they refuse to even look or test the phone, They said it was broken because a minor scratch on the middle screen and the screen was white. Yet what the manager didn't know that it had a screen protector on it. So when took it off the screen is in mint condition. I took it to a professional phone repair shop and they said all it needed was to hold down all three buttons until it turn off and come back on again. Cash Monkey says it give 2 year warranty but doesn't tell you what it covers. I understand wear and tear on the phone but software and hardware should be covered, especially if I only had the phone less than 5 days. Never will buy anything from this place again.

Purchased an item from here recently and discovered power supply was missing. Staff were efficient and helpful in ordering a replacement new power supply (copy not original). Item was priced well and I’ve subsequently sold it for more than I paid for it. Bargain items to be found. However be aware most items sold as seen - so no returns or warranty.

They don't accept Scottish £10 notes as legel tender. Was waiting in store for over 25mins just to be served as well. Complete waste of my time. I could of purchased the £150 item by other means but I didn't really get the impression they cared or wanted the sale and I'm not desperate for the goods enough to put up with poor service. I won't be returning.

My girlfriend gos here a lot at the moment with the cost of living going up we sometime struggle and to say at very minimum they take full advantage is a understatement my girlfriend is 4 weeks away from full term on a bad pregnancy and had to be rushed to hospital with that going on we genuinely forgot that we had to go in and pay for our item renewal £96 on the day we took it on was around half 4 nerly 5 so anyway next morning we rang up and told we are going to have to pay double so we’ve had to pay £192 instead of £96 I get they have there rules and stuff but surely to god it’s illegal to charge a extra full month for less then 24hours late won’t be using them again when we do get our items backs just think they could of handle it better and been a little more understanding anyways Monday morning I’m going to have a word with trading standards to see if what they did was even legal…

Everything was fine with the purchase stage it was nice and easy, however problems started happening with original purchase so I had to returned it, I got told it can be fixed so it was sent to another branch, took them about a week before telling me they needed some extra parts for it, another week goes by and I get told they can’t fix it so they will replace it (they haven’t told us this by themselves I had to chase them up each week to find this out), the replacement came without a box and without my original receipt as that was still with their repairs, we were patient with them even tho every time we were on the phone they say our regional manager didn’t do this or didn’t do that, or blame it on their high staff turnover… it has now been 2 months that this has been going on and I still have not received my original box nor the receipt back from their repair branch, I get no updates I have to call in myself and whenever I do I get told the same old story and that they will contact me back in 2-3 days when the box and receipt is there (which never happens). It is an absolutely terrible experience and all they have to do is collect a box with receipt in it and return it to me. Clearly there is no organisation within the system and they have no morals, I can’t believe they are still operating when they are so unreliable. When you make a promise at least keep it so your customers can be satisfied.

Usually have a good experience here and have brought lots from here without a problem. Went in today and the man who served me made us feel very unwelcome. It took a while for us to be served despite there being only one other person in the shop. He stood on his a phone a while before asking to help us. The purchase made (a small jewellery item) was put in a large bag with no adequate wrapping no pouch or box/small bag. Overall very rude manner too. Shame as always found it so friendly. I’m not sure I will return unfortunately, after today’s experience.
