   After being left in a very difficult and stressful situation with our first lender when buying an auction property; we turned to mortgage genies for some much needed help. The team were able to get us a mortgage and completed within 2 weeks! This meant we could complete on time and avoided losing the house and thousands of pounds tied into the deposit along with various other fees. Barry was very knowledgeable and as first time buyers was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. Cannot thank Barry and Liz enough for everything they have done.
