   Pound land which is quickly turning out to be anything but pound land. Soon same price shopping in other close by venues. Whilst I appreciate things go up be careful not to price yourself out the game. One example your Discos are now 1.50 when they were once £1. Pop into both Tesco and Sainbsury and with Club card and nector both cheaper.

   Basically rubbish. Before the pandemic it used to be pretty good, you never knew what little doodad you might find (which is part of the fun of a pound shop) and they had a good range of regular products too. Now though it's a different story. Last time I went in they had no snack/lunch stuff (sandwiches etc.) at all, there were gaps on practically every shelf, and for months now they haven't really had anything new or different at all just same old same old. Also their prices have gone up so much, across the board, that they're barely, if at all, cheaper than Sainsburys. Polite staff though I will say.

   No social distancing measures in place so beware. Has a decent selection of products though. Does get busy at times. Staff are OK but depends who you get some are nicer and friendlier than others.

   Whatever your reason for shopping there, bear in mind that the products are as cheap as they can be, but may not be of the best quality. However, some brand name products are available that would satisfy your budget. Be prepared to queue and walking out without the product you wanted as shelves can be empty. Otherwise, ideal to pop in an out for a quick buy. Enjoy.
