   No stars deserved at all but I have to put one today my friends went in and one of them tripped over and spilt there chips over the floor by accident and then got screamed at and they got threatened by the guy that to call the police and he made them sweap it up another time he kicked us out before we even walked in never shop here disgraceful behaviour

   I went yesterday for shopping a shelf felt on be i been inquiry went the manager to discuss he was agresive verbally grab me from the hand to kick me out from shop i had to call the police .He assault me the manager need to be fire .In that shop not healthy and safe in that place .Very bad experience had not recommend!!!

   They need to fire the manager. I have seen him violently shake an old woman while she was stealing some baby products and yelling at her, taking away her stuff. When another woman came over and offered to pay for the groceries, He spoke rudely, saying he wants his stuff back. I have also been victim, having been spoken to very condescendingly by the manager for touching an already opened packet of bandages, and anothee instance where I was testing out a perfume.he proceeded to firce me to buy it. Really hate the customer service here,and Im never comjng back to do my shopping here.

   The shop is good, but there is bad communication. Had a very awkward incident today morning and got into a rough talk with the manager while he was re-stocking. He was taking stocks in a hurry and I said "mind the old lady", but he continued his own way. He talked in a rude manner later on.

   I recently had an unfortunate encounter at Poundstretcher while trying to return a product, and I feel compelled to share my experience. While I've had pleasant interactions with the shop assistants in the past, this time was quite disappointing due to the behavior of the manager. I was engaged in a friendly conversation with one of the shop assistants while discussing the return of a product that didn't meet my expectations. There was a minor confusion regarding the return process, and the assistant decided to call the manager for clarification. The manager's response was anything but professional. Instead of approaching the situation with patience and understanding, the manager's attitude came across as rude and condescending. I was taken aback by the way he interacted not only with me but also with his employee. It was evident that the manager was talking down upon the shop assistant, making her visibly uncomfortable. As a customer, I felt embarrassed by his behavior and sorry for the employee who was subjected to such treatment. It is crucial for managers to lead by example and show good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience at Poundstretcher fell far short of this expectation. This experience highlighted the lack of these qualities in the managerial approach at Poundstretcher on that day. While I understand that misunderstandings can occur, it's essential for managers to handle them with professionalism and empathy. I hope that Poundstretcher takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving both their service training and managerial conduct.

   The “manager” is sooooo extremely rude!! He was on his phone when I was trying to discuss a return. I had my bank statement but no receipt and they wouldn’t exchange a 1.50 lip balm I bought due to it being faulty I couldn’t use it. But they refused. I will never shop in there again! That manager needs to be fired immediately. Why work in customer service if you don’t want to talk to people?! Make it make sense

   I was in Wealdstone branch store today & I noticed shop selling out of date biscuits & treats what is not allowed one was even dated April 2022 , did not check all of them but in the reduced area most I picked up were out of date , I did not buy . I had to complain about this as this is not allowed . Apart from I did not buy anything just browsing still can get some good items at a good price.

   Do not shop here. Rudeness should never be rewarded. They trick you to steal your money. Went into the store last week. Bought some items but wanted to comeback for alot more items but what happened stopped me and I will never come back in future for more items. After i paid I noticed that the total cost was alot higher than what I had predicted. I went back and questioned why some of the items were alot more than what I had seen in the shelf. I notified the cashier and they checked the shelf and saw I was correct. The prices advertised on the shelf were lower than what I had been charged. Manager gets called and when I ask about the overcharged he immediately get angry and rude. Uses a very condescending tone and tells me the price changed last night. I ask for his name and he refuses to give and gets very aggressive and angry he takes off his name badge and tells me to leave the store when I ask again for his name. I think he has been reported before so he doesn't want to give name. I decide to leave it and go. I go in again the following day and the price still the same. Again the next day and still the same. I think the manager deliberately doesn't change the price so he can scam customers. So they think they buy one price but it is another. I will be back to return all my items bought. This store does not deserve my money with a manager that disrespectful. I will also be reporting my filming and pictures of proof of false advertisement to trading standards. When checking reviews I have seen another person say they have experienced exactly the same situation. Same store manager, tall black man, same lying about price changes but not on the shelves. I will also be contacting the company directly about this, someone so angry and rude should not be working in customer services, yet alone a manager.

   Please avoid this harrow weald branch as they cheat customers . They advertise the product on sale and when you go to the till to pay they charge you full price . The manager on the site is a black guy and he was very rude and arrogant and refuse to give me his name . The store is good but very poor management and manger . Company needs to change the manager for the store to work as it was all empty and few customers were complaining about poor service . When I asked the manager about the price he said the price has just gone up last night and he dint had a chance to change them, but when my wife went to the store after 2 days it was the same discounted price in 100 of items but when you go to check out they charge you more and the manger is so rude that he doesn't know how to talk to women . I am never going to that store boycott the store till the manager is changed or saked for rude behaviour . Its false advertising and misleading and cheating fraud .
