   As we went through the barriers the manager said goodmorning to us. I was very surprised because you don't get that kind of customer service very often. The manager and staff were super friendly and approachable. It actually made me smile and be calm as I have BPD and anxiety. You never know what people are going through. Kindness goes along way. Thank you for your kindness.

   While the range of products is limited due to shop size; its an excellent selection. Good choices of juices, fresh ready to eat, fruits and bakery and snacks. Very friendly helpful staff who assisted me as a wheelchair user with out of reach items and at checkouts.

   I thought the click and collect option would be the most convenient, however it turned out to be the most unpleasant experience ever. Not only was M&S unmanned, they left a security guard to do the staff's job, he asked me to wait and not even telling me how long it would take as people have things to do. Ended up leaving and made a formal complaint.

   I do love M&S food and all but this time it really has put me off buying their sandwiches as I have bought a sandwich which has mould again as it happened before and had to have a replacement..this time I didn't want any replacement and just the thought of the sandwich now makes me feel sick..my colleague had the same experience before and had to ask for a replacement..Please M&S make sure this does not happen again to other customers!

   Small m&s at the main hospital entrance. Open 7am - 8pm everyday. Has the usual chilled ready to eat meals & fruit, sandwiches and drinks, small selections of chilled foods to cook at home and lots of sweets, biscuits & cakes - energy food for patients. Also has cards (such as birthday, blank etc), daily newspapers, some toiletries and a small bakery section squeezed in.
