NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, I ASK 2 DIFFERENT STAFF THEY JUST PASS IT TO ME EACH OTHER. WORST EXPEEENCE EVER IN ENGLAND. STAFF ARE NI TRAINED PROPER OR THEY DONT KNKW WHAR IS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Has to be the biggest and most organised Holland and Barrett I've been too, knowledgeable staff too. Deals change a lot and website prices seem to not match with in store prices.
This Holland & Barrett the Harrow on the hill one is a big Scam. It's a not a first time that I faced this scam, it's been like 4 times and every time same Excuses. So today I went there and there was an offer on vital collagen the big one, Buy 1 get 1 half price. So I took one and asked the staff and as usual sorry we dont have other one. Then I took L carniteen as there is a offer buy 2 get 1 free. So I took 2 bottle of l carniteen and ask the staff for 3rd one, guess what as usual sorry we dont have in store. So if u guys dont have those products that u put offer on it. Why u guys are offering offer. Guys seriously just go and examine this Scam by your self. U will be totally satisfied with there Scam. Totally A big Scam that I have seen in Holland & Barrett.
Very nice store,the aisles are spacious hence the reason why the store has an airy feel. The customer service is second to none.
A spacious branch of the health food and supplement store. However, there isn't a large selection of products. It would be great if there were more alternative brands alongside the own-brand H&B products. The staff were friendly enough, one did try to give us assistance and suggest alternatives to the product we were looking for. I will go into this branch in future.
12.01.23 I wanted to pick up an order, the woman which I think was a supervisor/manager said the order wasn’t in the store and I need to wait for confirmation message even if the tracking said my order’s been in the store since the 10th. She was quite rude to the other staff member too, funnily enough the older man working there ended up finding my order after I spoke to customer services and they confirmed my order was in store! There are some great lovely people working in this store, really helpful. This woman I encountered today wasn’t one of them!
My most recent online order was a disaster. I purchased an online order on 25/11/2022 and chose to pick it up from the Harrow branch due to late home delivery. I received an email from Holland and Barrett to collect my itms on 27/11/2022 from harrow branch. When I went to collect my itms, they said it was not delivered. I waited for two hours to find out where my itms were because I was sending itms to another country and my cousine's flight was scheduled for the next morning. . At the end, they said we don't know why your itms are not delivered to the harrow branch. They picked my order from the shop, but two itms were not available, but when I got home, they put omega 369 insted of omega 3.
I left today very pleased with this store. always nice service here. today we were served by a muscular gentleman which in itself has already improved my day. gave us an extra discount for a regular customer. miracle worker
