Big store with well stocked shelves and nice staff, from cleaning producets, food, drinks, electricals, sweets, clothes, gifts, perfumes, bathroom section, car stuff and tinned foods. Definitely a place to go for home essentials and basics. Parking available directly outside the store.
Good place for bits and pieces for not alot of money.
everytime i walk into the shop i'm met with a warm smile from the security guard makes my shopping experience so much better :D
Cheap & Best! Edit: Halloween Stuffs Available Now. They have a wide variety of products to choose from, and their prices are very competitive. Highly recommend checking out the price here before buying online. Council parking available in front of the store (Free for 1st hour | Parking Pay : Mon - Sat | 8am - 6.30pm).
Don't expect much, it's just a name. You can get similar items for more or less for same money from everywhere.
Always great to shop there conveniently they have all amenities for reasonable prices always a pleasure to shop and save money at the same time especially in this economic situation.
Saw a guy walk in, unload 20 Galaxy chocolate bars into his rucksack and walk out without paying. Security non-existent here.
Purchase any stationary and all also there is very good collection for kids.
It was quite busy as it was a Sunday morning. The shop opened at 11am & there was a queue waiting outside. Hadn't been to South Harrow Poundland for over 2 years. Some aisles are now a bit cramped as the Pep & Co area seems to have grown bigger. I don't use their self service tills as I like to pay cash in this store. In the past I've used the contactless debit card & I've had dubious payments afterwards - luckily my bank were on it straight away & stopped my debit card. This happened 4 times in 6 months & always after I'd been to this branch of Poundland - so I now pay by cash & go to the manned tills.
Went on the 06/01/21 and the security guard was so helpful. He was not only welcoming but took the time to sanitise the baskets for customers. He also made sure all customers put masks on correctly in the store. Great work, well done, 5 stars all the way
