   Kerrie Wilkinson was absolutely fantastic from cradle to grave and even post completion she was in touch to see how everything was going. I chose kerrie after speaking with 3 other mortgage brokers who I was not happy with the service, products or costs on offer. This was my first commercial investment and there was a few roadblocks along the way that kerrie was determined to navigate. I was never in any doubt as to the progression of the process as Kerrie always kept me upto date, even when activity plateaued. I would highly recommend and will be using Kerrie again in for my next investment without hesitation.

   My wife and I used Chris at Isuna to help us with our first mortgage, this was quite difficult with us both being nearly 50, self employed and on a contract and with no pesion plans in place, Chris managed to find us a much better deal than we were quoted with the Nationwide and using his expert local knowledge and contacts he also saved us the cost of a £250 survey and a failed mortgage application due to the house being a non standard build, something that the estate agents failed to declare ! I would definitely recommend Chris and Isuna and would use them again without hesitation if needed.
