   I am in Glasgow and wanted flowers sent to my daughter who lives in Bristol. My daughter had just lost her father, and wanted something to show I was thinking of her. I messaged Anna who went above and beyond. She asked me what her favourite flowers and colours were and sent me a photo of the beautiful arrangement she made before delivering them to her. When my daughter saw the flowers she burst into tears, and Anna took the time to ensure she was ok and even messaged me to ask me to check in with her. To say I was delighted with the flowers and the service from Anna is an under statement. I will certainly be using this florist again in the future.
