Please check your CCTV today I give two £1 and £20 separate to the cashier but one pound dispersed and also the till wasn’t closed and she didn’t give me any receipt
Younger stuff is friendly. The older lady (seemed to be the manager) very rude, I entered the store wit my dog and I walked around for 15mins, as I went to the till the manager told me I needed to pick up my dog, to what I responded he’s a service dog . The lady wouldn’t let me pay unless I pick up my dog( my dog is 18kg ) This behaviour is very frustrating, and it seemed that the lady just wanted to be right instead of just letting me pay and leave, she decided to be difficult. I left and went to another store which were happy with my dog. I won’t be back to this shop
I've been served by Lisa in Wallington today. Her exemplary customer service made my day! She has excellent knowledge of all the products and especially fragrances. I will shop here again!
Disappointed. I did shopping for over £100 . Took me a while to decide the products as they weren't clearly displayed and staff wasn't helpful. At the till the lady was unaware and quite rude as I noticed my beauty card didn't apply the discount and notified her. The security stopped me at the exit as beeped it. I showed the invoice and the products brought and he checked again but wasted at least another 10-15 minutes. I'll never go there again, my time and my money are important so I don't support businesses which don't improve the quality of services.
Extremely greatful to Chloe there who helped me find items when there were so many gaps on the shelves . And being very polite and friendly about it .
Good offers on lots of products if you are a member of the loyalty scheme. A lot cheaper than Boots! Good staff.
Staff were rude and unprofessional. They could do with customer service training.
Supposed to be a 30 min click and collect. An hour and a half later and no confirmation to collect email. Tried multiple times to call and they don’t pick up. What’s the point of giving your tel number if you don’t answer. Ended up going to the store. The lady could see my email confirmation and pick up number but they had no record of the order in store. Had to buy my item in store and now have to contact customer services for the refund. Hopeless. Also Superdrug move with the times. Was told couldn’t bring my dog in. Went to boots around the corner and they had no problem with a dog on a lead. May pay slightly more there but that’s where I will spend my money in future
Horrible service. Bought press on nail and nail technician couldn’t use it. I went to refund 10 minutes later. The seller said she can’t accept it because the box was opened but the nails was sealed. she was very rude and unfair. Never again
