    The worst M&S I’ve been too. The meal deal was overpriced with super limited selection. Me and a friend chose a wrap as other supermarkets (even other m&s’ ) offer these in the meal deal, however we were then told they weren’t included and had to choose from a selection of about 5 sandwich flavours and a few pastas. The snack and drink options weren’t great either - drinks in the meal deal were all fizzy besides water, juice wasn’t even an option !?! The food included in the meal deal needs to be clearly seperate to the other bits that aren’t included as otherwise I’m sure many will end up purchasing without realising ! The layout was cramped and overall just would avoid in future.

    M&S is great and all, hence the one star. However, my visit to the M&S in Paddington was not deserving of anymore stars. I got hit on by a MEMBER OF STAFF??? It wasn’t even hit on, it was just plain perving. Liked my apple turnover but you guys have to do a sexual assault awareness course because that was outrageous.

    I visited your store this afternoon; while it was busy, all items were fully stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful, enabling me to acquire all necessary items for my trip. I would also like to express my gratitude to Sayed, I believe, who provided exceptional assistance at the checkout. His cheerful demeanor and patient guidance were invaluable in resolving my difficulties with the self-checkout system. I plan to return to thank him personally. Overall, the experience was highly satisfactory, exceeding previous encounters at other establishments.

    Why is it that whenever I go to this M&S for a meal deal lunch (since I work nearby), what I choose is never a meal deal (and always with the vegan options)? I get to the pay point and it's never a meal deal. I'm so sick of how things are mislabeled. I'm not going back (and I buy lunch almost every day). I'm done.

    Handy for refreshments to take on train journeys. Sandwiches, fresh fruit, drinks and snacks. Other general household shopping items you may need are also available. There are a number of self service tills to allow for a quick payment experience and generally you don't have to queue for long.

    Smart looking outlet. Snacks, drinks, chocalate and baked items are their core products here. Tempting combo offers, like sandwiches and drinks combo .. £3.50 meal deal includes a sandwich, snack and drink. Check out their 2 for £3 on handcooked crisps. .. and pre-mixed drinks, they do a good range of gin and mixer pairings: cucumber and mint is a refreshing choice for the traveller.
