It’s not easy choosing a solicitor for the conveyancing on a property purchase when you've no previous (recent) experiences or recommendations to rely on. Afterall, buying a home isn't something we do that often! I chose Russell and Co., Newtownards, after an initial telephone discussion with Natalie Bell where a competitive pricing and professional manner was very clear. I was very happy with the whole service from Natalie and the team at Russell & Co. There were regular updates on my purchase progress and generally a quick response to any questions I asked. The conveyancing process highlighted several items I could have easily overlooked – excellent attention to detail here. On Exchange, Natalie took the contract to the Vendors solicitor in person such that additional postal delays weren’t incurred during a stage where my purchase was working to a defined timeline. Plans don’t always follow the intended path and when my completion date was extended due to an unexpected circumstance in the onward chain, Natalie once again went above the expected level of service by coming in during a period of vacation to ensure my house purchase was safely over the line.
