Very bad experience for me as went to collect my order and the manager was very rude to me!!!!I went first to branch in old street and they referred to me to go Holloway branch which i reached today at 5:02pm and the manager couldn’t help me out,waste of time .
It was a terrible experience for me. The staff is rude and inexperienced. They are harsh on you. When I was explaining my problem, the staff's way of talking like "yes yes, he he ok, you're you" made me angry. I recommend you to use other Argos. I wish we could give -5 stars. Because 1 star is too much for this business.

Collected my Ebay parcel this morning and was greeted by two very charming and pleasant young ladies, Toni & Linda. They were very helpful, cheerful and made my day on such a bleak, dull and rainy day as is today Wednesday. Well done Argos for having such thoughtful and enthusiastic staff. Terry W
On the 22nd of December, I went to place an order but accidentally refreshed the page so the money was taken, but I had not received a email confirmation nor is their any history of my order being made in the order history tab. So I placed the same order again and that went through all fine. I tried to get in contact with customer service to issue me a refund of the first order but could only get through to them if I had an order number which I don’t have because I didn’t receive one. I read in the help section of Argos website that I would be refunded for the pending transaction, but to my surprise the transaction had been cleared when I checked my bank meaning it’s been fully taken. I would like a refund please and for you guys to have to make it easier for customers to contact about such issues.
Want attitude when you return something? Want the manager Linda to make comments about you to her colleagues? Want the third degree by Linda with attitude for the return? Then this is the store for you! Absolutely disgusting customer service by LINDA the manager. I know it's Christmas and everyone is busy, but when you are competing with the likes on Amazon, customer service should be at the forefront of any retail workers mind. At 42, I've never had a manager of a shop make snide comments about myself and my husband all for a return.
I was all happy with my new purchase, and arriving at home, when I opened the box I found a used product in pretty bad conditions. I paid the transport to go pick it up and bring back and all I could get from them was a refund (because even a delivery option from another shop to my home address was not available). Really poor costumer service!!!! Will definitely not buy there again!
Very busy largish Argos store. Its got a fairly big stock room which is open (never seen one like that before - bit like seeing behind the Wizards curtain!! Some of the magic lost!) V friendly and helpful staff around to support customers. Collection is actually v quick. I remember waiting what seemed like ages when I was a child...all done in a couple of minutes here. Spot on!!
