   I had a very disappointing experience at this store due to the rude behaviour of the security guard. His attitude was hostile and completely unprofessional. After reading many other reviews, it's clear that I'm not the only one; there are multiple complaints about the same issue. Yet, the management still hasn't taken this seriously or addressed the problem. I left feeling uncomfortable. I will not be shopping here again.

   Cudouse,to Mr Salah,at the time of visiting the store early on Friday morning not only running the store(with a security officer ),but was most helpful,after having served someone at the till, offered to show me a compatible half the price item of what I was looking for,with the ultimatum of buying even cheaper for a unknown brand,and admittedly one he was not to sure how good it was .Since this is a new item to the store. This has not been the first time I have received direct assistance from the manager,of which I'm truly grateful.

   This shop is well and truly stocked up with various items for the home as well as stuff for animals. I asked if they have bird food but it was only for wild birds not pet birds. Never mind. Good shop though.

   There are two of these stores in walking distance this one is a large store the superstore is just down the road. There are loads of bargains and the bottle water is only 15p. Best display for Valentine's Day just only a few days away.
