   Bought a pair of thermal thighs. The size on the packaging was M/L although the tights were a small/medium. 20m after my purchase I went back to exchange and been refused a swap for a bigger size or a refund by the manager on duty on Saturday 12th of January at 13.30pm. I will go ahead and do a formal complaint to customer service team, this is outrageous a £4.99 item!!

   I've been using this place for years but this visit will definitely be my last. First of all, front staff are cold and unfriendly. Then it's next to impossible to find one to assist you and God forbid you ask for something out of stock, you'll be told "well that's why it's not on the shelf". To add insult to injury, their prices are even higher than supermarkets now all in the name of fuel crisis. Well guess what? I suggest the name be changed from Poundstretcher to Poundshrinker please.

   Back in my days (2020) I would always come here and just like tesco they would bless me with free goods. You can have 3 security guards around and still get free goods I will return so watch out

   I like this store. I go there very often to get household stuff and crafts for my child. However u have to be smart when you shop because many items you can actually get much cheaper in other stores and 50% off period is just a trick to attract customers because most of the things have doubled price during this time.
