Horrible service towards customers and disrespectful. Only the black guy with light skin and freckles the others are nice. He disrespected me in his language and luckily I understood and had his friend who doesn’t work there also disrespected me. Previously he has insulted many other customers in his language twi. He said we come in to steal and we don’t buy anything just because we are young and black and said he would follow us next time. I can vouch and the cctv cameras can vouch we have never stolen anything and that was like the only time we have never bought anything. I’m disgusted by his behaviour.

Very poor customer service. Having customers waiting out for over 9 mins after they said they open at... won't answer calls or give updates

This is my local store yards away from where I live. I am always chucked out of this store very rudely before 7pm and told that it's closed. Last time I asked them whether they actually wanted customers in the shop, because of the manner in which they speak to customers. I see nothing has changed since then. Staff in this store need training in how to address customers. As in 'Deans review' the manager is not much better.A few years ago he refused to sell me a pyrex dish because it had no sticker on the item despite the price being on the shelf...even the assistant was baffled. I have been into the store inside the green....on that day, the lady in there was rushed off her feet, in a store 4 X the size of the one in fore st with probably the same amount of staff...and was still polite albeit busy. If this wasn't my closest store I wouldn't bother shopping there. The one star is for the products and the rare members of staff who are actually polite.

I pop in here a couple of times a week just for a few items and I'm always happy with the customer service I receive here. The cashiers are polite and efficient and the store is tidy and most importantly they usually have my favourite multipack of crisps that not many other stores seem to stock, but I can usually get them here which is definitely worth the five stars from me.

Absolutely disgusting. I was in this store at approximately 16:10pm on November the 29th. Along with a group of unruly school kids who were making a mess of the shop and throwing stock at each other, one of them proceeded to show an item at me. When I confronted the manager he showed no interest and just smiled at me. I have reported this to the police and they will be contacting the store. I hope management read this. I will not be letting this go. Do not shop here.

Cheap household products, polite and friendly. Entrance is wheelchair friendly, but aisles are quite narrow with display stands blocking unnecessarily. Store is quite dirty and not very appealing. Big contrast to Edmonton green store which is much better.

Small store so only the basics are covered here. Accessible by wheelchair, but you probably have to park in the LIDL car park which is just around the corner, just turn down the side street next to Poundstretcher. You will probably have to visit LIDL as well, but there's always the middle isle.

First time I went to this store , in general I go to big one which is at Edmonton Green. You can find a great selection of Antibacterial washes, gels and cleaning product . They stock stuff from home products to sweets. At this store you can find very small selection of baby products. I must say this shop is keep very clean and well stock . I did not notice any gaps or empty boxes on the shelfs . Unfortunately I resived bad service at the till . The lady named Joyce did not answer to my Morning or when at the end I did say bye .

This store is very similar to a pound store. However it is truly a pound stretcher. Most of the products are between 50p to £1.50. The store is nicely laid out, it is perfect for anyone who wants to buy household brands with a low budget. Best time to visit the store is in the mornings where the store is very tidy, traditionally stores are tidy in the mornings, anyway. You will find products you normally won't find in mainstream supermarkets etc. Customer service was nice, the gentleman greeted me, however that goes both ways. I gave the store 3star mainly because of the idea of the branding. It's a pound stretcher, and people especially those on low budgets would think the store will have products around 1 pound. (Awful decision for a 3 star you may think.) The other pound store down the road has more 1pound products and the store is always busy. Anyway, I made the judgement based around branding, customer satisfaction, organisation of the store and pricing. I would still shop there for certain products.
