Wouldn't use, bad service, unhelpful staff
Refused to give an idea of pricing - first solicitors that have never heard of a clean break order and advised I go with another solicitor
Sold my house recently there were some issues with the speed of service but this may have been to do with purchasers solicitor it took 13 weeks to completion with no chain which seems somewhat protracted and felt like had to keep chasing to keep on top of the sale however they delivered and were empathetic we are living in challenging times I would recommend but keep in mind the length of time to sell may take longer even with no chain that's my honest evaluation to sellers
We were recommended by the mortgage shop to use these 2 solicitors (Gavan & Zara) as they could look after both the Lifetime mortgage and Power of Attorney my parents needed to do, which we believed would be a safe option to speed up the process. In all, it took approx 6 months to complete and the lifetime mortgage deadline was missed. I would not recommend.
We recently had dealings with these solicitors for the first time. I cant praise them highly enough, from the warm welcome when you arrive to their efficiency at dealing with your affairs and their promptness in everything. Also very pleasant if you need to phone them about anything.
Fantastic service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have just bought my lovely bungalow through Gavan and Lesley and the whole process has been very efficient from sale to completion (in seven weeks). Both have been very patient answering all my questions and queries. Could never thank them enough or recommend them highly enough for helping me buy me new perfect home.
